“I will NEVER be buying a product from this company again. Not customer friendly. We had to call the on call service six times before anyone called us back. I just had a water heater put in about 14 months ago and already having problems. The amount of money they wanted to charge to come out to look and fix the problem for a warrant part was insane. The worse part of it was that we already knew the problem and just needed a gas valve to fix the problem.”
